Azata ("we") provides booking software. The business you book with controls its own data; we act solely as the platform operator.

We collect account details, appointment info, and basic technical data to operate and secure the service.

Use and Sharing

We use data to run appointments, prevent double-bookings, and maintain security. We share data only with necessary infrastructure providers (such as hosting and messaging tools) and the respective booking business.

We do not sell personal data.

Disclaimer & Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azata disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from your use of the service.

The business you book with is solely responsible for its appointments and services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
