Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Azata, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Azata is booking software that lets a business publish a public link where its customers pick a specialist and an available time and book an appointment, without creating a customer account.
Azata provides the platform. The business you book with is responsible for the appointment and the service it provides.
Business accounts and responsibilities
If you create a business account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the business information, services, and availability you publish.
You are responsible for your relationship with your own customers, including how you handle their personal data and honour their bookings, in compliance with applicable law.
Customer bookings
When you book as a customer, you provide accurate contact details so the business can confirm and manage your appointment.
Your booking is an arrangement between you and the business. Azata is not a party to that arrangement and does not provide the booked service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity, no interference with the service's operation or security, and no automated access that harms the service or other users.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, change, or remove features, and may suspend or discontinue the service.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azata is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost bookings, revenue, or data arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version and its effective date are shown at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
